Quesadillas

Queso means ‘cheese’ in Spanish and quesadillas are a Mexican take on a cheese toastie or could even be compared to pizza…Mexican style!

The basic idea is to take a flour tortilla, heat on the griddle and then flip and sprinkle with grated, melting cheese. Anything can be added to a quesadilla to give it extra bite. Pablo loves them with chicken, beef or roast peppers and they are served with a portion of his homemade guacamole and cremosa salsa.

Once the quesadilla has been melted, we cut into triangles for easy eating…deliciosa!
